1. Sobolak International holds a promotional contest for a 4-day-trip to Vienna for 2 persons, incl. travel cost and accommodation, a sightseeing trip and 2 dinners.

2. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must correctly complete the details required on the advertisement published in FIDI Focus. Only correct answers will take part in the drawing. Only one answer per person and advertisement will be included in the random draw process.

3. Deadline is December 31st, 2008.

4. The winner agrees on his name and photo being published on the internet and in FIDI-FOCUS.

5. Prize non-redeemable. Entry is open to all persons 18 years or over. The prize is transferable only within the moving company where the winner is employed.

6. Sobolak International GmbH shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the consumption of the prize. Any costs for a travel insurance are the responsibility of the traveller.

7. The winner’s personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The traveller commits himself to notify his correct and complete personal data (given name, surname, address and country of primary residence, date and place of birth, nationality, passport no., phone number and email) to be forwarded to the tour operator and to the public authorities.

8. Sobolak International GmbH staff and their immediate family will be excluded from participating in this prize drawing.

9. No recourse to correspondence or legal action. Exclusive place of venue shall be the competent court of Vienna.
