Training for employees

A Sobolak employee undergoes training about 7 days a year. This illustrates the unusual commitment to top quality and customer satisfaction. Internal exchange programmes within one-group ensure high pan-European quality standards. For example, Sobolak International members regularly spend a week at one one-group member. Sobolak International members also participate in training held by the FIDI Academy. This is why Sobolak is always setting new standards within the industry. Training and driving technique courses for furniture carriers and drivers are also on the training agenda.

Certified European Relocation Professional (CERP)

The European Relocation Association, EuRA, provides the only recognised European training towards becoming a relocation expert. Four Sobolak employees are certified European Relocation Experts (CERPs).
